Practices are after school on Monday and Wednesday.

Families are responsible for providing transportation for their athletes to the meets. 

• September 24 - Meet at Churchill at 3pm
• October 1 - Meet at Arcade/Starr King at 3pm
• October 8 - Meet at Arden at 3pm
• October 15 - Conference Meet at Churchill at 3pm
• October 22 - Finals at Del Campo High School at 3pm

Cost is FREE to all Arden Middle School students

Uniform: wear your Arden PE Shirt and Black Shorts for Thursday meets. Wear quality running shoes and bring a water bottle to all practices and meets.
